Q1: Could you tell us about how you entered the crypto space and how your background contributed to your early successes?

Nik: My degree is Business Informatics, which allowed me to understand both of the backgrounds.
My early career started in banking, mainly focusing on improving banking products.
Meanwhile, I was working in banking and I saw many issues in the centralized banking system.
It was the moment when blockchain was becoming very popular. At that moment , I really saw a huge tech opportunity that would change the way we interact with finances, meanwhile providing the best transparency to the public.
My previous experiences with product improvement helped me a lot to give the best contribution to our project, so we could give the best possible product for our community.

Q2: What is your project exactly and can you tell us more about your vision?

Nik: OpenBlox is a Blockchain Gaming & Web3 Apps Platform.
Taking advantage of our powerful blockchain Tech team, we are focused on creating a bridge between web2 and web3 and providing to all of the web2 traditional projects, the chance to integrate the blockchain infrastructure into their activity.
When we started OpenBlox, the vision was to create a large NFT Gaming Platform, which would connect gaming and blockchain.
RougeBlox is a roguelike strategic PvE, turn-based card game.
An NFT Blox is needed to play the game .
While we have been developing the game , we noticed that humans are becoming more and more connected with technology, not just because of its essential needs that everyone benefits from, but also because of the fascinating experience that technology creates in all of our lives. On the one hand, technology benefits humans, but on the other hand, it’s creating a huge gap between them and the real world.
With this amount of technology in our life, it’s very easy to get disconnected with the real world, so this is why we need to change it and this is why we developed RunBlox.

RunBlox is a Web3 lifestyle App built on the Avalanche ecosystem.
Its purpose is to merge the physical world with the virtual one, bringing a good combination between staying healthy and active but also enjoying the rewards of Move&Earn.

Q4: How many marathon shoes can I get?

Nik: You can get one shoe from registration. This shoe will serve like a ticket for new users to join the marathon event. You can also provide your RunBlox wallet address as an invitation code. The more users you invite the more free shoes you can get. There will be a maximum of three more free marathon shoes you can get. One marathon shoe will give you two energies to start. More shoes you have in your RunBlox APP can bring you more energy, which will help you maximize your $RUX capacity.

Q5: What are OpenBlox’s recent partnerships?

Nik: Apart from some good partnerships we have done, the most exciting one is with a space traveller and Japonese investor called Yusaku Maezawa, also known as “Japonese Elon Musk”.

We are very happy we are the first Web3 project in his portfolio.

Q6: Tell us more about the tokenomics behind the project.

Nik: Since we plan to launch multiple games and multiple apps, tokenomics will play a very important role in the platform ecosystem.
The key is to give our users the flexibility to exchange the tokens within our platform so they can enjoy spending the rewards of one game on the other game or app.
At the moment, we have already developed a Swap Feature in the app where the users can swap multiple tokens.
Meanwhile, recently staking and farming is available on TraderJoe.

Q7: Where are you heading in the next few years and what are the next major updates for you?

Nik: In terms of the development, an exciting short term plan is the launch of the RunBlox app on the Smart Watch, which will take the M2E experience to the next level.
But the future is exciting.
We will take the physical interaction to the next level, by creating many activities in the real world, where the users will join to compete with each other or to share events with each other.
Maybe even collect rewards to specific locations, where they will meet even other RunBlox users.
Since we are on the LootBox week, I wanted to share with you that we might even have some cool rewards that are connected with our day to day lifestyle, such as discounts on different sport brands.

These are some ideas that we are planning, but I want to assure you that the future is very exciting, and the early supporters will definitely be the ones who will take the most of the benefits.
