Officials from the Czech Central Bank expressed "doubt" about Bitcoin as a reserve asset.

According to a report by Reuters, Jan Kubicek, a board member of the Czech National Bank (CNB), holds a "skeptical attitude" towards incorporating Bitcoin into the bank's large reserve assets, mainly concerned about its legal uncertainties and the fluctuation of digital money. Czech National Bank Vice Governor Eva Zamrazilova also stated that Bitcoin is not a suitable reserve asset. Earlier this year, Czech National Bank Governor Aleš Michl proposed investing 5% of its €140 billion reserves in Bitcoin for asset diversification.
