On August 18, the Law School of Renmin University of China launched an advanced training course on the disposal of virtual currencies involved in cases, stablecoins, and the cutting-edge legal practices of RWA. It stated that in recent years, Crypto Assets have attracted widespread attention from both the practical and academic communities as emerging assets in the digital era. The disposal of involved Crypto Assets is a key issue related to judicial fairness, financial regulation, and technological innovation. Stablecoins and virtual currencies based on Real World Asset tokenization (RWA) are also gradually emerging, demonstrating great application potential in areas such as cross-border payments and Decentralized Finance (DeFi), bringing new Liquidity and investment opportunities. The Law School plans to hold an advanced training course on the disposal of involved virtual currencies, stablecoins, and RWA legal practices from August 29 to 31, 2025, at Renmin University of China, systematically analyzing the legal attributes, regulatory frameworks, disposal procedures, Compliance procedures, and investment opportunities of the aforementioned digital assets, assisting practitioners in responding to new legal challenges. The course includes: the legal attributes and regulatory policy dynamics of Crypto Assets, disposal models and practical experiences of involved Crypto Assets, legal Compliance and regulatory dynamics of stablecoins and RWA, and more.
