Abstract generation in progress

Recently, the People's Congress of Henan Province in China released a report on the review results of the "Regulations on the Management of Involved Property in Henan Province ( Draft )", which mentioned issues related to the disposal of involved virtual money. The Henan Provincial Legal Affairs Committee research concluded that "virtual money has property attributes and belongs to involved property, and a consensus has basically formed in judicial practice. However, virtual money trading is completely banned in our country, and there are no legal trading platforms. How to dispose of virtual money is still being explored by various regions. Currently, the Ministry of Public Security is studying and formulating relevant systems for virtual money, and the management of this new type of involved property is more suitable to be uniformly regulated at the national level; our local legislation should not make provisions."
