According to Techub News, the Henan Provincial People's Congress has released a report on the review results of the "Draft Regulations on the Management of Property Involved in Cases in Henan Province ( )", which mentions issues related to the disposal of virtual money involved in cases. The Henan Provincial Legal Affairs Committee believes that "virtual money has property attributes and is classified as property involved in cases, which has basically formed a consensus in judicial practice. However, the trading of virtual money is completely prohibited in our country, and there are no legal trading platforms; how to dispose of virtual money is still being explored in various regions. Currently, the Ministry of Public Security is researching and formulating relevant systems for virtual money, and the management of this new type of property involved in cases is more suitable to be uniformly regulated at the national level; local legislation should not make provisions."
