Be Careful: Jim Cramer Has Talked About Bitcoin And Ethereum
Famous financial commentator Jim Cramer, in a statement on CNBC, recommended that investors buy Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Cramer considers these two cryptocurrencies as a hedge against the rapidly rising national debt of the United States.
"Protect yourself from the $37.8 trillion debt," Cramer said. "Protect your descendants, for future generations. Anyone who thinks like that is just like me. I don't want to bear this debt. I'm worried about my descendants."
Cramer, who believes that the increasing national debt of the United States could pose serious economic risks in the long term, clearly conveyed his message to the audience with the phrase: "Buy some Bitcoin, buy some ETH."
However, Jim Cramer's statement has sparked much controversy, as the cryptocurrency market believes that this analyst's views are contradictory. Cramer, previously a staunch supporter of Ethereum, has stated that he has sold all of his ETH and has not made any comments on the cryptocurrency market.
