The Los Angeles Olympics will sell the naming rights to some venues for the first time.

Jin10 reported on August 15 that on August 14 local time, it was learned that the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics will sell the naming rights to some competition venues for the first time to increase commercial revenue. It is expected that naming rights for up to 19 temporary venues may be sold. This move breaks the Olympic tradition of prohibiting the use of brand names in sports venues. However, the regulations prohibiting advertising in Olympic competition venues will still apply.
