A huge Bitcoin "whale" from the Satoshi era, previously believed to hold 80,000 Bitcoin, has just transferred the remaining half of this Bitcoin to a new wallet, just days after sending billions of Bitcoin to Galaxy Digital.

The blockchain analysis service Lookonchain stated in a post on X on Thursday that this "whale" transferred 40,192 Bitcoin, worth 4.77 billion USD at current prices, to a new wallet in a potential transaction.

According to data from Nansen, this "whale" had previously transferred 40,009 BTC to the asset management company Galaxy Digital on Tuesday, and this company directly sent 6,000 BTC to the cryptocurrency exchanges Binance and Bybit, a move believed to be related to a trading deal.
