Iraqi police shot dead 2 Islamic State militants in the capital.

Jin10 data reported on May 5 that the Iraqi police stated on May 4 local time that the Iraqi security forces shot dead 2 armed members of the extremist organization "Islamic State" in the northern capital Baghdad. A source from the Baghdad police reported that a joint force composed of security department members engaged in a firefight with the "Islamic State" armed members about 30 kilometers north of Baghdad in the Talmiya area, resulting in the deaths of 2 "Islamic State" armed members and 1 member of the "Popular Mobilization Forces" being injured.
