British think tank: Russia's defense production leads Europe
Jin10 data reported on April 5th that the UK think tank Royal United Services Institute pointed out in a report that during the Ukraine war, Russia has been more successful than Europe in strengthening its defense production. The report warns that this is a major issue—not just for Ukraine. The report states that Russia's continued lead in defense production poses a strategic threat to NATO and the credibility of its conventional deterrence. The report attributes Europe's lag to a lack of consultation, insufficient emphasis on large-scale production, bureaucratic obstacles, and underutilization of testing infrastructure.
